Cordial
We made cordial today. We used the easy recipe:1 bottle Vodka
1 cup sugar
and a whole lot of blackberries mashed up (2 cups? I don't remember)
Mix, keep in an airtight, GLASS jar, and set in fridge for 1-3 months. Well, ours has been in the fridge for... 8-9 months. We haven't tried any yet. If it's good, I'll post again. If it's bad, I may perish and this will be my last entry...
